City House, Lichfield

8,769 sq ft office building based in Lichfield, Staffordshire looking for new tenants.

EH Smith and Agents Cushman & Wakefield and Kingston needed some new tenants for their City House property as the building was left unoccupied when the existing tenant vacated. In need of a robust marketing campaign, they came to us for our property marketing expertise so we could set them up with a strategy that would bring in more occupants.

Solution

Though keeping the name the same, City House required a whole new approach to the branding and marketing of the building. Here at 5874, we put our property experts and designers on the case to create a plethora of marketing materials in a new, contemporary style that would target the right people for tenancy.

Setting them up with a functional and modern new website, we also designed a new quality brochure, commissioned new photos of the building to be used in digital and print, as well as providing support and graphics for the Agent’s launch event.
